Malaysian Lack Of Hospitality

I went to run an errand for my boss last Monday, pay her credit card bill by transferring money using local bank. There’s a special counter, only reserved for senior citizens, those disabled and pregnant woman.

Although the counter does not require them to take the queue number, to my amazement, they need to queue up! And we, the rest who do not belong to these 3 categories, need to get our queue number but we can sit and wait!

There is only one counter available for them and the teller works kinda slow as well, so you can imagine how long the queue will be early in the morning. Maybe some will say, “don’t think senior citizens are weak, can’t stand and wait”. Then how about pregnant moms? Aren’t it will be better if there’s a special number issue to them so they can sit down and wait for their turn?
